The Biltmore Lake Charitable Fund Awards $63000 in Grants
Foundation: Community Foundation of Western North Carolina
Eight grants totaling $63,000 were recently awarded to nonprofits by the Biltmore Lake Charitable Fund.
The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina (CFWNC) was established to improve the quality of life in the Enka-Candler community by supporting education, economic development, health care and community development projects.
Recent grants are: Candler Elementary School, Enka High School, Pisgah Elementary School and Read to Succeed Asheville.
